Presently at entry level, you will join Cromwell and Clark as consultants (more fondly referred to as rookies). Upon achieving defined revenue objectives as well as a number of basic training courses you will then be promoted to Senior Consultant. From there you can keep negotiating pay rises based on increased revenue targets or you have the opportunity to branch into management. This will involve more training and increased targets but we promise you its all worth it. There are two tiers of Management. Divisional Manager (Trainee Manager) and Business Manager (Established Manager and part of the senior management team)
